Discoverers at Boundary Way Allotments

What a fabulous day we had! We set off early on Tuesday 25th June and walked sensibly down to the allotments at Boundary Way. We were met by Helen from Wolves Play Café and she gave us all a smile as bright as the sunshine. We were taken to the canopy area for a super story. We listened beautifully and it really set us up for the day. We enjoyed a range of activities including exploring the undergrowth, music making, bug hotels, hapa zome butterflies, building and rolling games, sunflower planting and of course everyone’s favourite…the mud kitchen! We loved every minute of our day and after eating our picnic, we had a much slower walk home as we were all very tired. Thankfully, we had an ice pop treat waiting for us when we got back to class. We all loved Boundary Way!
